Out of hours emergency

If your call is during the night or at the weekend whilst our clinic is closed, you can still use your normal branch telephone number which will divert you to our out of hours call handling service.

As we have several vets on call at once, covering all species, they will take details and divert you to the correct vet that can deal with your issue. All out of hours service is staffed by our usual team of vets that work hard to provide an on call service 24-hours of the day which normally means you can see a familiar face out of hours.
