Our new Ponteland surgery has relocated to a fabulous new building adjacent to Dobbies Garden Centre in Street House Farm, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE20 9BT – just 1.5 miles from our old site. The surgery opened on 22nd February 2023 and is already proving very popular with both clients and their pets!
With ample on-site parking and disabled access via our own separate entrance, you cannot miss our new surgery!
We have excellent on-site facilities within comfortable, modern surroundings including four consulting rooms. We provide all general practice services including consultations, surgery, medicine, dentistry, laboratory and radiography.
To help reduce stress levels for our patients, cats and dogs now have their own separate waiting areas and separate kennels when they need to stay with us for the day. In the meantime, our clients will enjoy a much more spacious reception and waiting area.
We continue to work closely with and complement the range of services already offered by our branches in Alnwick, Amble, Morpeth, Rothbury and Wooler.
We welcome dogs, cats and small mammals and are dedicated to providing a friendly experience for both client and pet at every visit; delivering the highest quality care, treatment and advice in an understanding environment.
